Sinopsis

Un día, la agencia privada de Mori Kogoro recibe una llamada de chantaje. Resulta que el llamante ha marcado el número equivocado. Conan logra identificar la voz del teléfono, similar a la de su viejo amigo Heiji, que también es detective de instituto pero está en Osaka.
